Revelation Session 14
February 18, 2026
In Revelation Session 14, Chapter 5:1-10, John sees a scroll in God’s hand with writing on both sides and seven seals. An angel’s call for someone worthy to open it is met with silence, causing John to weep. An elder assures John that the “Lion of the tribe of Judah,” the “Root of David,” has triumphed. John then sees a Lamb that appeared to have been slain, possessing seven horns and seven eyes, representing the seven Spirits of God. The Lamb takes the scroll from God.
The four living creatures and the twenty-four elders worship the Lamb with harps and bowls of incense (the prayers of the saints). They sing a new song, proclaiming the Lamb’s worthiness because His sacrifice has redeemed people from every nation, making them kings and priests to God.
